These workout shorts are pretty good. They don't have a zipper given the strings around the waist. The look is pretty flattering and the pockets are ok size. I mean for the price it's not bad. I'd say it's worth the price. Read more

This is a review of "RANE SPORTS Men's Workout Shorts Gym Running Training Athletic Short Quick Dry Outdoor Shorts (X-Large, Green / With Towel Ring)" These shorts are quite comfortable to wear while doing a workout. The extra-big towel loop allows you to keep a gym towel with you without having to hand it around your neck or over a shoulder. The pockets are sufficient for a workout, and can hold a phone and maybe a small wallet or key fob. The drawstring keeps them in place while the side slits allow for full range of motion. The fabric is both breathable and quick-drying, while also being very soft to the touch. I usually wear an XL, and these fit true to size. Read more

These were longer in real life than they looked to me from the pictures. Overall, they’re roughly 18 inches from top to bottom and they hit a little right at my knees and I’m pretty tall. Made from 100% polyester, these are intended to wick moisture and dry out fast, keeping your body cool. The towel loop is located on the back as shown in the picture. Pockets are sufficiently deep and there is a drawstring to cinch up the waist. My biggest complaint is that the fabric is very see-through and could cause some public embarrassment. (See photo) They're just not very private for the privates. If you have to wear something under these, that kind of defeats the purpose. They will work for personal workouts and around the house – the bears aren’t offended if they catch a peek. Read more

While polyester isn't our favorite fabric, it excels at wicking moisture, making them comfortable even during long workouts. The polyester construction ensures durability and resists deformation, which is why we occasionally accept synthetic fabrics, as they promise long-term wear. A standout feature of these shorts is the side split hem, which provides extra ventilation and allows for unrestricted movement, especially beneficial during leg-focused exercises. They also include a cleverly designed back towel ring, which allows you to securely carry a towel or extra clothing while keeping your hands free during various activities, although we haven’t used that feature yet. These shorts work well for both lounging around and working out. The blue color in the image is true to life and they are fully opaque. The size chart is accurate, but they are not generously cut. The fabric tends to cling a little bit to my hairy legs instead of always freely hanging, but it's not so bad to be annoying. They are also not wrinkle-free. Considering the price, they're decent, but you could probably find better quality shorts for just a little more. Read more
