Bad news first-I ordered the color called "mauve over" and was disappointed when I opened it to find the color was very brown. There is no hint of pink or mauve in this gloss. The best way to describe the color is think of caramel candy. It is that brown. The good news-brown looks good on me, so it worked out. I love the feel of the gloss.
