This canvas shoulder bag, about the size of a sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper in length and width, is perfect for daily carry. With it empty, overall thickness is about 2". It is not water resistance at all. I tested by putting a few drops of water on the flap. Did not expect it to be since it's plain canvas not waxed. Going to get 3M Scotchgard Fabric Water Shield for protection. Pockets with depth measurements are as follow. All zippers run the full width of the bag and are very smooth to open/close. Front flat with zipper 8" Zipper pocket behind flap 8" Velcro pocket behind flap 6" Main compartment zipper 9" Main compartment internal zipper pocket 6" Main compartment open pocket #1 3" x 4" Main compartment open pocket #2 2" x 4" Back zipper pocket 8" Bottom expansion zipper - extra 2" of width Lining is dark brown, i wish it is red to offer more contrast but still better than black. There was a faint canvas smell right out of the bag that went away within a few hours. Shoulder strap is long. I an 5'7" and strap is extended so top of the bag is at waist level. There is still another 8" left to extend the strap. Very happy with this purchase. If they ever come out with one made of nylon, I will get that in a heartbeat. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this bag with the intent to be able to hold my daily essentials (wallet, keys, chapstick, EpiPen, small toddler items, sanitizer, etc) with the option to unzip the bottom and hold my Bible, sermon notebook, and pens/highlighters on Sunday and use the back pocket for concealed carry. It fits all the requirements. Every pocket runs clear to the bottom of the purse. I can easily fit a kydex holder (I added my own Velcro inside) and a p365 in the back pocket. I did remove the Velcro under the front flap which came off easily with a small pair of scissors and left no majorly noticeable marks. Would recommend for men or women. Read more
