Beautiful boots; I absolutely love them. My only suggestion would be to not put the shoe laces in and tie them, as it creased the shoe laces, so I'll have to get new laces. Other than that, they fit perfectly. I'm a size 9 in boots. They are super soft and warm on the inside, and easy to slip on and off with the zipper in the back! These boots have great value for the money! They are very comfortable and wearable especially if you like putting insoles in your shoes. The heel is perfect! It’s not too high and not too low. Some people have mentioned that it feels like the heel might break, but I personally didn’t experience the bending/squishing some have mentioned. I got these for my kiddo who wears a size nine and I tend to size up a half step to accommodate possible swelling or pinching (late night band concerts so feet are already spent by the time the concert starts- plus, who wants to load a drum set in incomfy shoes). Kiddo was super excited as they’re cute and her aesthetic. Did not fit at all. She wears between an 8.5 and 9 depending on the shoes, so I’m surprised. I said here let me try them, they fit me fairly nicely just a bit tight width wise. I wear between a kids 5 and women's 7. They’re fairly sturdy feeling when carrying my fat butt around the house so far and the shoe feels rather hard so some may want different inserts as it’s so hard. They're a good quality especially for the price and look exactly like the pictures I was super excited when they came in. I bought them for a cosplay but I will definitely be wearing them often they're true to size and surprisingly comfortable with a good grip for walking on tile floors plus dog stepped all over them and tried to chew on them a couple of times and there's not a single scratch or scuff mark on them. I wore these for 14 hours at a convention and was on my feet nearly the entire time and my feet didn't start feeling sore until about the last couple of hours and even then it was just normal soreness from being on them all day I was able to wear them again the next day no problem.
