The MERACH Balance Board is a fantastic little tool for improving balance, core strength, and stability. It’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to use anywhere : at home, in the office, or even while watching TV. Despite its small size, it feels sturdy and well‑built, with a non‑slip surface that keeps your feet secure. I love how smooth the motion is. It challenges your balance without feeling unsafe, and it’s perfect for beginners as well as more advanced users. It’s also great for ankle strengthening, rehab exercises, or adding a bit of movement to standing‑desk time. Overall, a durable, effective, and space‑saving balance trainer that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended. Read more
Quick set up - Light weight. Ready out of the box. The bands connected easily and I was on it in less than a minute. A bit of a "sliding" noise while using it as expected, but not loud or disruptive. So far I've been able to use it while I read a book or play a game on my phone (without the bands), or watch TV while using the bands, usually for about 45 minutes. Is it the same as going to the gym? Probably not. BUT I'm moving more (especially during typically lazy activities), I can feel a hint of soreness in multiple muscle groups without it being unbearable or affect my ability to move around the next day, and it gets my heart rate up quickly and maintains it. Easy to get on and off if I need to, and I can make it more difficult or target different areas by adjusting my stance. The tension in the bands is good to just rotate through a few different movements to work upper arms. My husband is 6'4, 260# and got right on with no issues as well (but did use a table while stepping on). I'd suggest having something to hold on to while first using it if balance may be an issue, and wearing athletic shoes makes it more comfortable. Fantastic for the price! Read more
The quality is pretty good, as it is strong. The bands hit my feet, which is uncomfortable. It is small in size and helps with balance training. Read more
One step set up. Easy and fun to use while watching tv. The resistance bands are good quality and really work my arms. I also like to do a plank with my arms on the board to increase abdominal strength. Read more
I’ve had this for two months now so ready to write a review. I use this each night for 20 minutes and here’s my feedback: 1st husband says my butt is looking noticeably better. 2nd it work’s different body parts depending on how it’s used. For me if I do a stair step motion it works my butt, if I squat low it works my thighs. 3rd true that its range does not go far as stated in many other reviews however I don’t think it is an issue as I definitely get sore using it. 4th. I had no trouble balancing on it and I also don’t think it’s helped my balance in any way. 5th. It is very lightweight and small so easy to move around and put away. I’m very pleased with this. It is not as invigorating as the ad looks. It went together easily as the only thing that needed to be attached are the two lines. I have had both knees replaced and thought this would be a good source of exercise. It really isn’t though as it made my hips hurt instead. I have used it 3 times now. Make sure you have shoes on with it. I did the last two with shoes on and it was better. I went for over a mile hike yesterday and then did the machine. It seemed better after warming up. It was reasonable for the money, and it appears well built. The lines are long and I put a knot in them to shorten them while using it. Read more
This is much easier to use than I thought it would be. I have a full house of adults and kids who can't sit still, so having this in the living room has become a favorite way to stim while being stationary and safe. I don't really know if it is helping my fitness goals per say though. I feel it a little bit, but we use it more for fun than exercise. It is used by my 30lb 5-year-old daughter, my 250lb husband, and everyone in between. Definitely well-made and sturdy. I may have to buy another one so my kids don't fight over it! Read more
Works well but has a learning curve on how to step on and off it without killing yourself. No instructions are included so you have to basically do it by trial and error. You have to make sure it is pushed all the way to the one side when stepping on and off. Once you figure it out, it is really easy to use. Read more
