Body feels more relaxed after session
I have only had this a few days, but so far it is excellent! No assembly required and it is easy to use with the remote control. I can't speak to the scientific side of things, but my body definitely feels more relaxed after using it. It automatically stops after 10 minutes, which I really like as I'm not wondering how much longer is left, etc. There are 10 strength settings, and the user manual includes a list of different exercises/massage techniques that can be done with the product. Not overly heavy, so you can move it around your space. Read more

Know the benefits and also who shouldn't use a vibration plate
The media could not be loaded. I decided to purchase this vibration plate for the purpose of lymphatic drainage and it can be great for that. I have really been enjoying using for that purpose. I only use it for 10 minutes a day on level 1. When it comes to lymphatic drainage, that's all you need. I've been using it for a month now. It feels nice and sturdy and it comes with a remote control. While this can be helpful for some people, I think that it's super important for people to make sure that they do research before using it. A vibration plate is not for everyone. This went viral online and a lot of people talk about the benefits but I think it's important that people also know who shouldn't use it. If you have any health issues or concerns, always ask your doctor before using a vibration plate. I have a plate in my arm from a surgery I had done a few years ago and I realized that I probably shouldn't be using a vibration plate so I have stopped using it. I will need to ask my doctor if it's okay for me to use it. I have heard that vibration plates can cause retinol detachment but I believe that is for those who are using it on high levels and for long periods of time. Just proceed with caution and read the warnings on the instruction manual to see who shouldn't be using it. Vibration plates can have some great benefits! The product itself is great! I was using it at the end of the day and it was quite relaxing. It can supposedly help with pain relief and I've heard it can help with back pain but if you have chronic back pain or back issues, the manual says that you shouldn't use a vibration plate. Read more

I use it everyday ! I have low back pain and the vibration really helps with the pain to losen things up. Works well to get circulation moving. Well worth the money for the relief ! Remote control makes it easy to control.and is simple to use. I will be using it to do target exercises and gain better balance as well. Read more

It's ... Okay for the price. There's no way to turn it on or change the settings on the actual device. You have to have the remote. It is kind of smaller. It is to be expected with the price. Four out of five stars because of the size. The vibration is not as intense as I would like as well. This is what you get for a cheaper vibration plate.
