I purchased this nebulizer back in September and have been so happy with it that I’ve recommended it and shared the link with multiple friends and family members. Recently, one small piece stopped working, so I reached out to the seller. They immediately offered to replace the part, but then let me know that the individual piece was on backorder until January. Love my little portable nebulizer. It's a great size. I can nebulize my asthma medicine while driving to work. I can charge the battery overnight with my type-c cellphone charger and I can get probably a good 6 or so nebulizer sessions out of it or more. It's easy to use. Moderate quality - not the sturdiest plastic, so I keep it in a small canvas bag, but it's not super-cheap plastic either. Not too bad. Pros: - Quiet enough for babies and kids - Compact and easy to hold - Simple, intuitive controls - Works well for both kids and adults Cons: - The masks are pretty firm at first and a little tricky to fit because they want to stay folded from shipping - Medication cup is a bit small Overall, this did exactly what we needed it to do during a rough flu season.
