The media could not be loaded. Really like this one very much right out of the box. Packaged well, user guide included if you need it. Quick fill of the tank, which has a large window to check the level and avoid overfilling. This lighter has some good weight to it when it's in your hand. The 3 burner business end is very efficient, and it lights on the first click everytime so far. The bottom flips open as well, which is how you access the flame adjuster, and makes maintaining your set level easier while allowing refillability as you would expect. I like the color, and styling. It would make a great addition to a collection, or with the holidays approaching, a good gift in the small item category. With all that said, this is not the first lighter I have purchased from this company, nor will it be the last. I have only received great items that work beyond what I expected, and the customer service has always been friendly, and helpful.(not that I had an issue with a purchase, but was inquiring about other products, and social media things.) They were quick to respond, and even followed up to be sure I had got accurate information and was able to complete what I was trying to do. If you are in the market for a new lighter, for whatever you enjoy, they offer a wide selection of quality wares, and you owe it to yourself to at least give them a try. This is a very nice cigar lighter that would make a great gift for anyone in your life that enjoys a fine cigar occasionally. It is a good size, big enough to hold a good bit on fuel, but not so big as to be bulky. It includes a flip out hole punch & the plug gets pushed out when you close it so it's ready for the next time you need it. Very nice lighter. Only issue is the the cover on top that flips open when you use it. The spring broke and now when you try to light something and you point the flame down, the little flappy cover just sits and dangles. Sometimes it stops you from lighting it and you have to hold it with your fingers to prevent it from getting in the way. I would just delete it. Other than that, nice lighter. Read more

I have worn out more than a few good Cigar lighters. Moretti, Bugatti make great lighters. But honestly they do not seem any better than this one. Maybe they last longer, maybe not. Both of the big names will be lost before you ware them out. This is a rugged, perfectly working, good looking lighter. Its a gem and a shockingly inexpensive lighter. For some reason I don't know why it won't hold any fuel . I filled it up as soon as I got it used it it was fine, looked at it a couple hours later it was almost empty 😭. I had it sitting on the table. I never dropped it, I just got it. A piece of paper comes with it no instructions. Just says how great the company is and how to contact them 🤣 Read more
