It was very easy to put together — I did need to use tools, but only the ones included in the box, so I didn’t have to dig around for anything else. The instructions were clear, the parts were well labeled, and the whole setup took less time than I expected. The 16-inch height is perfect. It gives me plenty of under-bed storage, and it makes the bed feel solid and elevated. The heavy-duty support slats hold the mattress securely, and there’s absolutely no squeaking or wobbling when I move around. Once assembled, the frame felt incredibly sturdy and well-built.
