I even canceled to order and ordered a half size up to make sure I could get a fit. When I received them, the top half of the boot is packaged with a fold in them. They aren’t leather, so that’s not a good thing. Then as I inspected them, there were thread frays around some of the cut out patterns and one of the cut outs is lifted. Then the material the heel was made from just didn’t feel right to me. I’m a big girl and I was trying not to spend a bunch of money on boots, but you get what you pay for. I love the style and it’s cute for someone that’s not going to put a bunch of weight on it or that is fine with the quality of the product. I’m going to have to get leather, unfortunately. Cute boot tho. Not saying don’t get it, just know what you’re getting. And, the customer service was great! I’d like to suggest packing them without compromising the shaft of the boot.
