Solved my immediate problem and a 10+ year old one
Pros: - nearly solved my digestive issue on its own - BM’s cleaner than in memory Cons: - that i have to take them in the first place ; ) I have been searching for something to tighten my stools for more than a decade. I tried this in powder form, but it was gross to drink and i didn’t notice any improvement. Recently my digestion went into negative high gear with things racing from ingestion to elimination in a quick, messy, burning manner (sorry for the graphic image, but if you’re reading this, i wan’t you to know if we had similar problems to solve). I had some minor success with digestive enzyme tablets, but not enough. I read the label and did a little research. This lead me to start with two tablets at mealtime. (Long story of testing different times and doses omitted). I settled on 2 tablets “morning, noon, and night”. Things have improved past the immediate problem that made me start looking for solutions and even put a big dent on my decade+ search to make bathroom trips better. With this kind of improvement and with the dosage really needing to be higher than i would have thought to try without some good testing…and needing to be regular rather than “with meals”, i thought I’d share.
