We bought these because the old "Method" bottle (shown in the picture) is so great. In the photo of the product it shows the old Method Bottle shape. The pump on it is phenomenal to use. When we received the product, it came in a completely different bottle so we returned it. "Method" has redesigned their bottle and it tips over and slips when we use it. We are disappointed in the new bottle design. Read more

Initial box was leaking....so Amazon just put it yhe leaking box in a plastic bag.....Not the best idea. Only lost half of one bottle. Read more
I ordered the specific bottle in the picture, a different bottle shape came in. I was only interested in the bottle shape pictured. It also specified 6pk, that means six bottles I thought. What else could it mean? only one bottle came. So it was very overpriced for one bottle, and the wrong bottle shape that they advertised. I have submitted it for a return, we will see if they give me my money back after returning. This is why buying online is so irritating, this happens too often. Read more

I need the old dispenser as pictured, easier for my arthritic hands to use. Two bottles delivered were not as pictured. The pumps were not “locked,” so leaking. Also received two individual bottles, not two cases (missing 10 bottles from order with delivery). Read more
