Method Dish Soap Clementine 18 Fl Oz Pack of 6

This is a very nice dish soap, and in the tradition of dish soaps - has a mildly citrusy scent. The scent is inoffensive and neutral. The pump of my soap doesn't have the same problem as the "Most helpful reviews", maybe they've changed the pump since 2011. Mine is a little more on the resistant side and requires a little harder squeeze to make it work. I usually don't put the dirty dish below the pump and push, and I actually find it's easier to hold the bottle over the dish, aiming the pump towards it. The pump reacts to the amount of force exerted, you push hard downwards, you get a longer stream of soap that goes further, it's fairly intuitive after a little experimentation. I never push down too hard, it's just unnecessary, for a good stream that falls directly into the dirty dish, just push down enough to feel the pump go down a little. It's super simple and not worth deducting a star for. I personally have been using this dish soap for over a year without too much trouble or annoyance. The scent makes everything feel fresh and clean and the soap does it's job on nearly everything (with the right amount of elbow grease on tougher stains). A dish brush is very useful purchase to get with this. Until recently, I've been buying these from Safeway whenever I run out, but recently found this well-priced six pack and am very happy with it. I have a decent dishwasher, so I only wash a few dishes a day, but I've found this soap gentle on my skin and easy to deal with. If you wash a lot of dishes a day or don't have a dish washer, I'd suggest buying a single one of these first from you local grocery store and trying it out, just to make sure the pump mechanism is comfortable for you. There were no problems with my packaging like others have stated. I was hesitant to purchase because of this but glad I did! These came in a box exactly the size of all bottles with a cardboard bottle holder, like a cup holder, keeping them in place. None of them were broken and there was no leakage. The product itself is awesome! The smell is great, lathers well, cleans squeaky, no oil residue leftover, like Dawn. I love it and am happy to have found the older version bottles. This is by far the best natural dish soap I have ever purchased! It smells amazing and it really cleans grease off your dishes. On top of that, it gives me extra peace of mind because I know it is good for the environment. I also like that it doesn't over dry my hands. I use the multi-purpose cleaner to clean most surfaces also. They leave a fresh, clean, super good smell. So far I have used the Lime + Salt, Clementine, Sea Minerals, and Grapefruit scents. Method is my favorite dish soap for the price by far, out of the more natural brands I have tried, like Mrs Meyers, Elements, etc. I stumbled across this listing on Amazon for a case of multiple bottles (4 or 6, I can't recall and I'm not at home) for a price that was unbelievable. I've never found such a bargain on this dish soap anywhere ever, even on sale. I have been purchasing this brand for a long time and this was the best value I've ever seen, either in stores or online. The soap performs wonderfully, the pump is designed in such a way that you can get almost every last tiny drop of soap out of the bottle with no waste, the scents are marvelous and it cleans really well. The media could not be loaded. I really like this dish soap. So much so that I decided to make a video review of it so you could see it in action. It smells great, like orange but not too cloying. My fiance is very sensitive to scents and even she likes it! The video shows the soap (we already used half the bottle) in the flesh and you can see me pumping it into the sink and adding water to it. It makes good bubbles. Good eco friendly soap. I really like being able to get a 6 pack of these at once, so I never run out. And I like the Method dish soaps. I like that they are mild on my hands, but I do wish they did a better job of cutting grease. Read more

My son is the diahwasher in our family and he loves orange colors and scents, so i got this hoping he would be more enthusiastic about doing his chore. Didnt work. It does work on destroying grease though! Dare i say its better at it than more popular brands? Yes, definitely. After handling bacon, ground beef, raw chicken, this stuff works great to kill the grease and residue on my hands. Im glad ive subscribed to it, and the smell is just fantastic. Read more

Love the foaming pump soaps for bathroom, but this dish soap does NOT degrease as well as the usual kitchen soaps. I've tried to love this stuff, but it just does not degrease or breakdown like the Dawn I used to use. I.e. I make a pot of organic brown rice about 3 times per week. I'll put a few pumps in with hot water, and come back to scrub it away. This does not break down the residue. I have therefore switched back to Dawn. Too bad I have 5 bottles of 6 left. Read more
