Did not receive what was based on the photos or the description. The description says save on disposed plastic by buying a larger refill bottle over individual bottles. I received four (4) 18 ounce dispenser bottles. I wanted what was in the description, one 18 ounce dispenser and one 54 refill bottle. Yes, I get the same total of soap (72 ounces) but that isn't the point. The major point of Method brand is sustainable, and this incorrect product listing goes against that. Read more

I ordered this because I like eco-friendly products and the scent sounded promising. Method products have no parabens and phthalates, are cruelty-free, have recyclable packaging, and clean well. There was just a little bit of leakage from the main bottle (not the refill container) and it was easily cleaned up. Both containers arrived pretty full. The refill bottle says it will refill the main bottle up to 3 times. The scent reminds me of a popular specialty lotion I've always loved. Aside from that, this cleans well, rinses off easily, and doesn't leave any residue. It's a bit drying for my hands, but that's why dish gloves were invented. Read more
