Nice bracelet but broke within a couple weeks and no return policy

The bracelet is very attractive, and my son really loved it, but after only a few weeks of wear the elastic band broke and the beads went scattering everywhere. The bracelet broke two days after the 'final return date' which was only 30 days. I notified the company and requested a replacement be sent even though it was just outside the return date, and I have yet to hear back from them. Not great business in my opinion. As for my son, (who purchased it with his own money) it definitely was not Double Happiness. Read more
