Attn: Samsung users. While skiing several times my S23 would not take charge from the USB C power connector, " connector is wet". What a great advice when battery is almost dying and you neet to talk with your buddies! I started to look for alternatives, e.g. : Qi charging. I wanted a small power bank (PB) for my pocket with no wired connection. This is it! The PB is small, light, has decent capacity of 5Ah ( safe for air travel!), easy to operate and see the remaining capacity on 4 LED string display. My S23 has 3.5 Ah internal battery, this power bank Miady K8 should double my phone run time. I have a silicone protective case on my cell, nevertheless PB found a receiver coil on my phone and I engaged a suction cup by pressing down on the PB. Phone displayed that it will charge to full from 40% in 1 h 30 m, which is reasonable for wireless charging. PB attached to my phone fairly firm to stay together in my pocket, and It is easy to decouple by pressing the pressure release button. The PB has a vacuum monitoring and activates a suction pump if suction diminish. I like to take pictures, this drains my phone battery hard, I think this device will double my phone active time. It has ability to charge simultaneously phone and an external device, say headphones, or in pass through mode receive charge and charge phone wirelessly if needed. I made sure it had a full charge before trying it on my phone. Read the instructions, which are a bit incomplete. Then I tried to use it on my phone. The suction is hit or miss, and was a total miss before I put the provided piece of clear plastic on the phone. It would have good suction for a while then not be sectioned any more. It makes a noise that reminds me of listening to somone on a respirator. It charges ok, a little show, and the fully charged bank was not enough to charge my phone completely. Charging the unit itself it extremely slow. It also doesn't lay flat on the back of the phone so it makes it hard to move around with it attached, defeating the purpose of the charging bank.
