Super happy with this weighted vest - I have the 6lb version. I mainly use it for walks and short hikes when I want just a little bit of extra weight, and it does exactly what I hoped it would. Six pounds may not sound like much, but you really feel the difference after a while, especially on longer walks. It’s a nice way to add a challenge without feeling like you’re carrying something bulky or uncomfortable. One of the things I appreciate most is how discreet it is. The vest doesn’t stand out or look awkward, which makes me more likely to wear it regularly. It’s not super obvious that you’re even wearing a weighted vest, which is great if you just want to blend in while getting some extra benefit from your workout. Fits well under a hoodie. Comfort is another big plus. The vest fits well, feels balanced, and doesn’t rub or dig in anywhere. Even after wearing it for a while, it stays comfortable, which I can’t say about a bigger weighted vest that I've been testing also. The construction feels solid and well built, so I don’t have any concerns about durability. Overall, I’m really happy with this vest. It’s perfect for adding a manageable amount of weight to everyday activity, it’s comfortable, and it looks good too. For the price, I think it’s a great value, especially for anyone who wants to make walks, hikes, or light workouts a little more challenging without going overboard. I got this for my wife to wear on our walks because she has been getting into CrossFit with me. This fits her really well and is very comfortable for her to wear. We have gone on several walks with it and she is really enjoying it. It has several adjustments on it that makes it be able to fit better and is a great weight for someone who wants to test out wearing a weight vest. For around $25 it is a very good quality vest and better than I was expecting. This would be a good one to start with as I've seen a lot of people order vests that are too heavy and after walking even a mile or so in it it gets really heavy. You also have to get your shoulders used to wearing a vest and so a lighter vest is better to use in it into walking with a vest. Also if you're going to start doing CrossFit while wearing a vest it is definitely better to start with a smaller, lighter vest and work up. Some of the vest that use plates also get really bulky to wear when trying to use them while working out, this vest pretty much stays out of your way while working out in it. Read more

This is great! It is my first weighted vest, and it's probably a little light for the recommended 10% body weight, but I think it was a great start. I took a walk with it and I definitely noticed an increase in effort for the long walk, but it wasn't overwhelming. I felt good about it, that I had to work a little bit harder than I usually do. The vest does smell a little bit when it was first unboxed but it has lessened a lot since it's been out in the open. I feel like it was easy to put on and stayed put while I moved around. It is going to be a new staple in my walks. It has some reflective bands on the straps so maybe a little more visibility if walking at night, and a buckle/strap across the chest that is adjustable. And there is some elastic from the back to under the arms so it has a nice give and help with it fitting better. I will say I'm pretty sure I keep putting it on upside down and it was comfy either way but the reflective band placement make more sense when it's put on the right way. I didn't have anyone around to take a picture of it on for me so I did my best to show it on. Read more
The fit is good and comfortable enough as the ironsand filling sort of acts like padding. The weight is dispersed on the front and on the back, but mostly the back. It also comes with a cell phone pouch on the back so you can secure your phone and use your favorite headset or ear buds as you walk or jog. Read more
I found this to be a comfortable weighted vest. No backpain whatsoever after wearing this. At first it felt like there was a little too much bulk under the arms but when I tightened the strap on the front it took care of that. This is a good quality vest and is great for any fitness level. I will say I don't have high hopes for the pouch in the back to hold your phone securely. Plus, why would that be on the back where you can't access it so that was an odd design choice. There are reflectors though you might want to add some reflector tape if you're going to walk/run early morning or in the evening. But overall I would recommend this. Whether for walking/running or adding some body weight for a workout I think you'll be happy with this vest Read more
The MIAOKE Weighted Vest is a great addition to my workout! It fits securely without bouncing around, which is perfect for running. The straps are strong, and the material feels durable yet comfortable against the body. I got the 6 pound, which is very easy to add into your routine. I sometimes wear it just walking around the house getting my chores done the material is pretty soft stretchy and almost silky. Read more
I love this vest. Its well-made and it fits quite nicely. I really like the weight of it and let me tell you why: almost all of us have postural issues. This is heavy enough to be uncomfortable if NOT in proper posture, like if you're leaning too forward, it will make you almost fall over, if you're slouching your shoulders, the weight will pull them back and hold them down. Not in the way that a "posture corrector" does, which is by holding everything together with a brace, but in a guiding kind of way, where it signals where to hold it, but then YOUR muscles are still engaged and are doing the work. I'm about to graduate as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist and I'm legit going to recommend these to my clients. Read more
