So disappointed

This worked great, until it didn’t. I hoped that the poor reviews were due to improper installation. But I have discovered after a few weeks of use that it is just faulty. I cleaned the area well, cleaned it with alcohol, let it thoroughly dry, then installed it with the adhesive, and let it fix 24 hours. And then suddenly without reason, my device came crashing down. I will now listen to the other reviews and not risk trying another adhesive as it appears that the design is just faulty,- the length of the item with narrow width is not able to handle the weight of the device. It is disappointing as it was a very convenient way to ensure my device was able to dry between uses. Read more

Misleading packaging. Weak adhesive strip.

I have a Petite for my face and an Elite for my body, so I can do both without having to switch the brush heads in the shower. Ordered two of these with the understanding that both my Elite and Petite could stay organized. Then I open the package and both boxes straight up say "Work with Petite only". Despite this, both the Elite and Petite fit, although the Elite is a little awkward. However, the adhesive is extremely weak. It's not a matter of whether my tile's texture is compatible. I could tell just by touching with my finger that I couldn't trust this to hold a $100+ tool. I will have to buy some 3M Heavy Duty strips just to make this work. I'm sure there is an equivalent product out there that can do a better job out of the box, but this was convenient to discover, which is the only reason I'm giving it two stars. Read more
