Micoson Plus Size Tank Tops Pleated Round Neck Shrits for Women Sleeveless Dressy Casual Tunic 1X-5X

The little added detail of the elastic pleated round neckline gives this tank top a bit more pizzazz than just a plain tank top and the A-line cut and curved hem helps it be more flattering for us fuller figured gals. It comes in several pretty prints as well as solid colors so choosing which one to get was a bit tricky but I opted for the one named, “Apricot Print.” I like it a lot. It has a beige background with a mix of light grey in a burnout type of look without it being transparent. The design is in a distressed dark grey color and it gives me boho type vibes. Overall this top is I’d say, 85-90% opaque. It pairs well with a light beige bra but white works as well. The fabric consists of 60% Polyester / 35% Rayon / 5% Spandex. It’s a medium weight silky feeling top that feels light and flowy on. The elastic doesn’t irritate me at all at the neckline but I’m not sensitive to things like pleating with elastic. This has some stretch throughout but rebounds back nicely. Laundry instructions state to machine wash in cool water (30°C/80°F) with dark colors separately, no bleach, tumble dry and low heat iron. I washed and dried this (dryer on low heat due to the elastic) and don’t notice any fading or shrinkage. I removed it promptly from the dryer and it didn’t need to be ironed which is nice. I got this in an XL and sadly it’s a bit big on me in the chest area and under my arms especially. My bras show under thecarms and it gaps there some. The length is fine flowing over my belly and hips and the bottom hem hits just underneath my booty but ideally I’d need this a size smaller to suit me better. I’ll still wear this on days I’m just lounging at home or out doing yard work in the warmer seasons because it’s comfortable on and is an easy top to throw on with shorts, capris or leggings. For reference I’m 5’4” / 165lbs / 38C. The price is very fair in my opinion at $14.99 and better yet as I write this I noticed it’s discontinued $3 to $11.99. This is a very comfortable shirt to wear. There was no smell to the material upon opening it. The material is very soft, and it launders without losing it shape, including no shrinkage. The size chart is accurate, and the shirt has a nice flow to it. The details and the colors are vivid and crisp. It has quality stitching and no loose seams. Its shape is slightly forgiving for less than perfect body shapes. The shoulders are wide enough that my bra strap doesn't show. It will match many different shorts or pants as well as jeans. It can be dressed up perfectly by wearing under a jacket or sweater. It is also pretty just worn with a pair of shorts. 4.5 stars I ordered the green floral version of the Microson plus size tank top. I really love this tank top. The green color is gorgeous. The pattern is wonderful. The material is silky and nice. The arm holes are not too long or wide. The neckline is pretty. It washes up well. The tank top can be worn on its own or dressed up with a jacket, shrug or sweater. My only complaint is the lack of a waist measurement on the size chart. I typically wear a 3x but I was swayed to order the 2x based on the size chart where my bust was well within the 2x size. Unfortunately they did not provide a waist measurement and this is where my tank top is too snug. If they had a waist measurement that was correct, I would give this five stars. This is "Oh, so pretty!" I live in FL and love having a tropical ensemble. This shirt is extremely comfortable and though I now avoid showing arms and shoulders typically, I just couldn't pass up this charming top. The shirt accentuates the positive with the carefully placed pleats that are incorporated into the whole look. Though it is currently winter, I know this will be a regular shirt in rotation when it warms up. If I had a friend or relative with similar taste, I would even consider giving this to them as the current cost is very reasonable. Read more
