We have a body pillow that has a velvety cover on it, however I'm having my mother in law make a new cover for it. Ours didn't come enclosed in a pillow case, it's just stuffing. I'm not sure if that's normal but I wanted it encased so that I could put a pillow case over it. I purchased this item. And for $4, I'd consider is a great deal. I didn't have to sew a pillow case enclosure which saved me time and money. The fabric is a little thin, sure, but similar to what regular pillows are encased in. The color is a bright, clean white. It fits a little bigger than our body pillow, which is fine because I plan on sewing it shut. It slipped onto the pillow easily and it's soft enough. I think the price point for the quality is great! These bright white pillowcases are soft, and I really like the envelope closure design - which is helpful, as I somehow tend to pull my pillowcases off in the middle of the night. They're a bit thin and translucent, at least with the white... I can see the tag on my pillow through the fabric, but for $3 for 2 (Black Friday week deal), I'm happy with them and wouldn't mind having more. Read more
