I only just received the Dr. Pen but it seem to work just fine. I had several micro needling treatments done in med spas and the results look similar right after using. It will be sometime before I a difference. I only used setting/speed 1. Forehead was tender ~ bony surface. May try the numbing cream for the forehead & ridge of nose. I have several old scars that I want to try the pen on. I really excited about saving money, being able to use at home & I’ll use it more often which should give me better results.
