Love this mouse. I use windows Bootcamp on an Imac (2020 model). The mouse connected instantly with no issues. Got this mouse because I hate Apple's magic mouse (ergonomically I mean) and this one gives me a mechanical left and right-click plus scroll wheel while still looking like it belongs with my computer aesthetically. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the thumb rest, but it's comfortable and now I prefer it to mice without one. I find it to be a good size: not too big and clumpy like the mice marketed as super ergonomic but not so small that my hand is cramping up using it. For those complaining about the glacier-colored one staining, I haven't had this issue, but I do wash my hands fairly often. Read more

I've purchased renewed products from many companies before, including Amazon. This is the first time I had to return a renewed product. The scroll wheel simply did not work. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps, so pretty sure it's not a software issue. The mouse was also very dirty upon arrival. Docking a star because my first mouse arrived with a non-functional scrollwheel. No issues with the replacement. A really nice mouse so far, very thoughtfully designed and high quality. No signs of wear or tear. I have average-sized female hands and this fits perfectly, it supports the palm of my hand especially well. It takes two AAA batteries and Bluetooth connectivity was simple, no dongle needed. The color is true to the product photos. Plastic is smooth and sturdy on top but the thumb area is a little rubbery which seems to help with grip. You also won't likely need a mousepad. The plastic 'bumpers' on the bottom are sticky when used on my pleather mousepad and it glides better on a hard desk surface. Read more

The quality is fantastic, especially for a pre-owned mouse! It really looks and feels brand new. The only issue is that it doesn't work on a mousepad with white graphics or print. Otherwise, zero complaints! Read more
