I was skeptical of what I may receive while purchasing a refurbished controller, but this one in particular was in great condition! There was only one mark on the whole thing and I had to look at it from a very specific angle in the right lighting to even see it. Bought this to use solo because my teenage son and friends treated our other controllers roughly and broke two of them. This one initially came pristine-looking and played with a snappy, precise feel. While I play gently and took meticulous care (it stayed on my shelf when not in use), it started having random power shutoffs and disconnects three months in. These did not resolve despite trying multiple batteries, and/or plugging it in with usb. After five months, the right trigger hinge inexplicably snapped and the spring pushed it out of the controller, rendering it useless. Won't get another refurbished controller again - do not buy. The remote looks very nice however it was a gift for my son in January and by the end of February it was already glitching. The remote no longer vibrates and headphones don’t work with it anymore. Really disappointed since it’s not a cheap remote and my son really wanted it to match his headset. Unfortunately, I got rid of the box so I’m just forced to take a loss. Read more
II like this but! nothing its more than likely only going to last me for about 6 to 8 months and its cause of the thumb controls are short life on all of them. Other than that it works great and this is just my back up til the ones I have break or the track starts to give me issues. Read more
I first bought this controller about a year ago and it worked great. I then just bought this controller again a few months ago. It worked perfectly fine until just the other night. The vibration in the controller has stopped working. I was quite upset. The other one stops for a bit then goes again. I’ve tired everything to fix it but it has still not worked. Read more
