I was skeptical about trying these, but so very glad I did! I have dry eyes and I was amazed at how much these helped! I put my eye drops in, and then use the mask. Heat it for half a minute or so and then check it against your face. If it’s not warm enough adjust your heating time in 5 minute increments only. I keep it on for about 20 minutes and then use my eye drops again after I take the mask off. It has made a big difference in helping my eyes feel more comfortable!! Read more
This thing is PHENOMENAL. I wish it held the heat longer, but it really did the trick after my eye surgery. It's soft, comfortable, and adjustable. Do not overtighten the mask as I did, or the heat is amplified to being painful I was hoping for heat retention of 15+ minutes and usually got about 8. Read more

I had eye surgery done (bleth) and bought this for icing the swelling. The beads don’t hold the cold for long and don’t get super cold. Maybe it’s a better hot pack. I did get two individual ice packs for my eyes from Walmart that fit inside the mask after removing the beads. And now it works perfect the main issue is the beads. Don’t hold the cold. Read more
This mask is extremely comfortable and heats up in the microwave in 20 seconds. My doctor recommended keeping it on my eyes for 10 to 20 minutes which is very easy to accomplish being that it is so comfortable. It can also be frozen however I need the heat so haven’t tried the freezer. Read more
