I was skeptical about trying these, but so very glad I did! I have dry eyes and I was amazed at how much these helped! I put my eye drops in, and then use the mask. Heat it for half a minute or so and then check it against your face. If it’s not warm enough adjust your heating time in 5 minute increments only.
