Just used it today and LOVED it! The instructions on the box were clear and easy to understand. Initially had a bit of trouble twisting her hair open, but it was smooth sailing afterwards. I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product since my microwave had stuff stuck on it from years ago after sitting in storage but using this product I was able to simply wipe it away using a paper towel. Something that would have taken me an hour to scrape everything away took me 10 minutes. Seven of those minutes was just from following the directions and letting the microwave run as directed. I would 100% recommend this product to everyone. No more scrubbing, scraping, etc. Just fill it up as directed, turn on the microwave and wipe away after it's done. Read more

Pretty impressive product. Our microwave was filthy on the top. Popped this in the microwave as directed by the instructions and the residue and grime wiped right out. the top was a little hard to screw off and appeared stuck, but eventually got it to come off. I loooooove the Angry Mama. Super easy to use, although getting the top off was a bit tricky the first time. Used as directed - 7 minutes on high, then wait 2 more minutes. Microwave crud wiped off easily with zero scrubbing. I did notice the vinegar smell for a bit in the kitchen but that also went away quickly. Highly recommend!! Read more

I followed the directions, very simple to do. Microwaved for 7 minutes and the inside of the microwave was dry and the crud was just as stuck on as before. Now I just have a house filled with the smell of vinegar, which is fine if it had actually helped the cleaning process. I double checked my assembly and added a bit more water to the fill line (the level was lower so I guess there was some steam but not enough to escape out onto the microwave) and did another 5 minutes.
