I rarely wear skirts or dresses, but I travel internationally often, and sometimes I need a skirt to visit religious sites like mosques or monasteries, or I want to look a little dressed up when going to a nicer restaurant. I love this little skirt because it weights nothing in my suitcase. It’s casual, but dressy enough for my purposes.
