I was unsure if this would fit in the smaller pet kennel but I ordered and am glad I did. It gives my little guy a nice amount of comfort when he's in his kennel. The measurements seemed like it would be a bit big but it fits perfect. He is a chewer (hopefully a puppy stage) but he hasn't touched this. It has gotten filthy from him sleeping on it after camping and it came out of the wash looking great! Has been washed quite a few times already and is holding up well. Good purchase! Read more

Bought for our MidWest 24" travel carrier since floor is plastic & towels or blankets tend to bunch up and don't really work for our Miniature Poodle. Took a chance on this bed since is from same company & it fits inside the bottom of the carrier like a glove. Is very well made & I like the fact it can be thrown in the washer for cleaning, when needed. Only (minor) issue is that the bottom of the bed is smooth fabric which is slippery & does not provide any friction with bottom of the carrier...as you might expect, the dog ends up 'surfing' inside the carrier at the slightest movement & the bed usually winds up on top of the poor little guy. Simple solution was to insert a thin crate pad (with a rubber/ non-slip) bottom between the carrier floor & pet bed - problem solved & now everyone is happy! Read more

I'm using one in a crate that my cat sleeps in and one on a pillow that provides just enough firmness with the slightly firm bottom in front of a favorite window. All my cats love these (I have more cats than I care to admit), and they kind of fight over them. The rim around it makes it just cuddly enough for my cats in our almost sub-tropical climate. If I had any complaints, it would be that you can't really shake off any debris between washings because it sticks to it a bit like microfiber; you just have to pick it off. I pulled out a tape measure prior to ordering these, laid it out and thought these would work for my 40 lb cattle dogs. They are pretty cheap, so I envisioned just using them as a sort of base that'd I'd lay blankets and stuff over. Another review said these mats were good for somewhat large dogs. Perhaps I took that to heart too much. In any event, these are more for, like, cats and those pseudo dogs that could get eaten by a large rat. They're far too small for actual dogs. My two girls aren't large at all, but they can't fit on the largest of these mats. The mats are pretty soft though, so I'm just going to use them for my outdoor cats. Read more
