I ordered this phone holder to allow me to hold my phone while I drive and so far it has worked great. I didn't even use the cleaner, just stuck it on, tightened the suction cup and it's been holding strong. In fairness, it took me two tries because I thought I was tightening the suction cup but I was spinning another piece of the housing. The magnet is very strong and holds my Pixel 10 pro xl very securely and stays in the position that I set it in and does not droop. Which is pretty impressive because this phone is a brick, probably the heaviest phone I've ever had. Adjustment is pretty straightforward, and it can be rotated and tilted to get the best angle for your case. It also folds up nice when not in use, which I do often if I am not using my phone at that moment to save me a bit of viewing space. I have not tried the included plastic mounting disc, my car has no dash space flat enough to mount it which would support mounting the phone holder. In all, I've had a positive experience with this phone holder, and I expect it to last a while, the build quality seems to be pretty good. One last thing, the mount does have a small amount of vibration, but I am not sure if it's more a problem with my setup or the mount. The roads in my town are pretty rough, and car has fairly stiff suspension, so I feel a lot of bumps. If you have a similar setup, you may experience the same. Read more

The phone holder does a good job of providing a solid base for a MagSafe phone, but does loosen if phone is twisted the wrong way when attached to the magnet. The box comes with many additional items that help with attaching a phone: MagSafe-sized metal ring, Allen key, mounting plate, and mounting cleaning pads. The "on" and "off" identifiers on the side of the rotating ring are backwards, when twisting towards "on", the suction cup is released and when twisting towards "off", the suction cup grabs the surface below. I was a little skeptical when ordering this, but it actually works really well. The grip is strong and secure, and it holds my phone without any difficulty. Once it’s in place, it stays put and feels very sturdy. It’s also very convenient to use, and I like how easy it is to adjust the angle. Bought this item to hold my phone securely to my treadmill, as is shown in a picture on the product page. It didn't work. I then cleaned a flat area on my treadmill and attached the plastic disc with adhesive on the back. It stuck very well. When I attached the holder to the disc it wasn't a secure hold. I have returned the item and would not recommend. Read more
