This lunch kit is HUGE got this for my husband as he has long days going to work and straight to school getting home around 10pm. I’m able to fit his lunch and dinner in here along with snacks as he eats breakfast before leaving but you could def fit a small breakfast in here too. Theres def room for canned beverages in the top compartment as we use the bottom for the food. I use an ice pack and husband says it stays frozen until lunch and is def melted by lunch so I wouldn’t say this is the BEST insulation. Lunch bag design is almost perfect. Love the color, the fabric and threading seems durable. I added photos to show how large it really is. You can also fit a pretty large stand up container in both compartments. The only thing I dislike, is the cup holders. They aren't built for holding cups. For holding other things, like a wallet or work badge, maybe a portable charger, it works (as long as you won't be swinging the bag around much). But if my fiance wants to keep bringing his own coffee and water to work, he will need to hold one in his hand and the other would take up more space in the lunch bag. This defeats the whole purpose of purchasing such a large bag to begin with. He takes public transportation so this really is disappointing, he needs all the space he can get and his hands free as much as possible. I cannot speak to the ice or heat retention yet, but it seems decent. This small defect with the cup holder compartments isn't enough for me to go through the hassle of returning the item, but I would definitely keep this in mind for any of you looking to purchase this bag to literally make life easier. For anyone who just needs something to take their lunch from the car to the break room, no biggie. But for those who work trades and/or take public transportation, keep searching. Read more
