These patches have become a staple in my routine. I’ve found they work best if I gently pop a pimple a bit first before applying. Once on, they stick very well and stay put through the day. They’re barely noticeable on my skin, which I love, and they actually help drain my pimples with minimal scabbing, if any at all! These Mighty Patch Minis work so well for those little spots that pop up out of nowhere. They’re extra small, which makes them perfect for pinpoint blemishes, and they sit flat enough that you barely notice them on your skin. I’ve worn them during the day and even out of the house — totally invisible unless you’re really looking. They help calm down redness fast and keep me from touching the spot. Work for cystic acne! Just be patient and expect to use several over a series of days depending on how bad your spot is! I have used an entire box on one spot - but NO SCARRING! I have cystic acne that takes forever to heal. I have dealt with it for years and the scarring can be so bad and it’s hard and expensive to try to fix. I started getting these patches a few months ago and instead of putting on makeup over a spot, I put this on when I leave the house instead. I keep a pack with me when I go out so I can change it if the patch “fills up”. They blend into your skin well and are much better than makeup for healing. Best pimple patch out there. It's literally invisible and does the job. The pimples are smaller and less inflamed. You can even 'em wear makeup over the patch that's how invisible and smooth it is. Read more

I still have the occasional hormonal break out in my adulthood, and these patches are great at speeding up the purge. My only complaint is how delicate the patches are. These tiny ones can be difficult to lift off the sheet, and the side that I grab bunches up each and every time so it’s impossible for the patch to lay completely flat and thus completely invisible. I haven’t figured out a system the prevents the wrinkles but the part that does cover the pimple works wonders. Read more

I am very impressed with these Mighty Patch Mini-Invisible patches. They work great and cannot be seen while wearing them! They are very tiny which are perfect for wearing during the day. They work as promised. They did not have a scent which is a very good feature as well! They did not irritate my skin. I highly recommend these! Read more
