An update regarding replacement order- Talk about going above and beyond for the customer!!! These shoes are so spectacularly glorious. As mentioned, Mikaraka management reached out to me regarding the issue with the toe straps being way too big and that they would contact the supplier to correct this. The issue was indeed not only resolved but Mikaraka was incredibly thoughtful and considerate and shipped me a free pair of shoes to live the difference and know it was resolved!! Thank You to a management team that still puts customers first!! And let me say, I am LOVING my shoes and can’t wait for a jaunt out with them. I feel as if i am not even walking in heels they are so comfy. Jeans, miniskirts, shorts, sundresses… dress up or not, these are definitely a go-to pair of shoes. Thanks for making it happen for me Mikaraka. Updated review- outstanding customer service matters. Whether a product is perfect or not- excellence in communicating with a customer matters. (I’ll paraphrase the conversation here so you may share in the experience and shop with confidence!!)- I was emailed by a Mikasashoes representative, shortly after I posted my review about the toe straps (see below), that they wished to address my issue, that satisfaction is important to them and they would like to work on a resolution. I emailed back I was grateful for the response and consideration but was unsure how this particular issue could be resolved but I was open to suggestions. They returned that they looked into the manufacturing issue and it has now been resolved. Furthermore, they would like to send me a free pair of shoes, they wished that I have a good purchase experience and thanked me for helping them become a better seller. (total wow!) me- thank you so much for the thoughtfulness and conscientiousness to create a much better experience for me as well as others in the future regarding the manufacturing issue... I shall happily and gratefully accept the generous offer… Their service is to be commended… My bestie loves the leopard pair (we love to amazon shop for each other and “together”! I texted her this morning to shop with confidence and I would have my fabulous summer wedges after all.) So, how amazing is this!! I’ll update you again when my shoes arrive!! Quote from their reply- “I believe you will love this "update summer wedges" because they are really cute and you must deserve to own it, own it and break them in now with your bestie when new baby arrive!!” My first review- heading-"very largely loose in the toes" review- the ankle strap great. the texture of the shoes lovely. i wanted very much to have these shoes. alas, i could fit 2 of my fingers between the tops of my toes and the straps across the toes. just way too big. the length was great. i wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8.5. maybe this was a "bad batch"?? but you would have to be fairly large in the toe area to make up the size of the gap i had. super disappointing. loved them otherwise but they have to go back. I wore these for 3pm-9pm, by the end of the 6 hours my feet were sore, but not painful. The strap on the top of the foot is a little tighter so if you have wider feet, I wouldn’t suggest these. Other than that, super comfy and stylish! Read more

I got these because I am obsessed with these shoes. I only wore them a handful of times because I didn't want to get them dirty or anything. As I was walking into a building the front Buckle I guess you can say broke and I fell. Really was upset because I had ordered a different kind of wedge that were too small so I got these to replace those and then these broke pretty quickly after I bought them.
