Waterproof: It is truly waterproof. I use it to tightline and sometimes a little comes off in the inner corners, but overall it stays in place. I use this eyeliner for the waterline area but do not use it on the upper or lower eye lid as it is slightly oily and smears immediately and does not stay only on the top of eyelid or corners of they eyes. I would only recommend for using on the upper waterline of the eyelid, at least that is my personal experience as it lasts fairly long, although at times it can leach into my eyeball which does not hurt, but it makes my eyes water and they turn red. The leaching does not happen all the time. I like it, it works for me as a mature woman as I don't pound on make-up or apply heavy black eyeliner as less is best in my personal opinion no matter what age. Read more

This eyeliner is the best I have ever used. It will not smudge or smear and I don't even have to re-apply. I can swim in it and it doesn't smear. Makes my smokey eyes pop and I get so many compliments on my eyes. It is better than the high dollar eyeliner that breaks promises. If you want an eyeliner that you put it on your lower inside lid, and forget, this is the one for you. This will last your entire work day or a long night out.
