Unequivocally, an excellent swim trunk and a good value. I've been going to a pool several days a week and have gone through several trunks. Having lost about 25lbs. I've gone from XXL to XL. Many trunks are too small or too large or have cumbersome snaps or built-in belts. These trunks use a simple drawstring and fairly flexible waistband. XL is for 42-44", not 40-42, so it fits comfortably on me. Not tight in the crotch. You can fit it on the hips or waist. Material is lightweight but appears durable. Designs and colors speak for themselves. At $18 or less on Amazon they are very affordable and far superior to the $24 basic trunks (Target brand). Brand name trunks similar to the Milankerr went for $62. Read more

I gotta have regular pockets on the front of any of my shorts, including my swim trunks; and a back pocket that closes tight. For me, these are the perfect swim trunks - perfect length, perfect fit - and the elastic waistband will adjust when I gain or lose a few pounds (it happens). The stitching and overall quality seems really good, and the fabric and liner are light and comfortable - no binding anywhere. I bought 3 and couldn't be happier. I think I'll be wearing these for many years. Great value. I'll update you if they wear out too soon, but right now after an initial wash, they look and feel pretty solid. UPDATE 07/21/19: Unfortunately, the liner wore out pretty quickly on one pair. Check out the picture. Not the first time I've encountered this with liners, but disappointing. So, I just cut the liner out and hope the pockets are built a bit sturdier. Read more
