Although its 3 years old this hasn't been used that often. I would guess it maybe screwed 5,000 small screws. You can see from pictures that it still looks proper and well taken care for. Battery and motor is fine but the head does not release bit anymore. We tried WD40 and eventually after an hour we locked the head open by placing a collar behind the sleeve and tried to muscle the bit out with a vise-grip. After another 30min we finally gave up and bought another one today. First Milwaukee tool after using BOSCH and thought this was going to be an upgrade. After 15 years we still didn't have to replace any of the bosch items. This was kind of a surprise. Read more

After being very impressed by the amount of work my plumber got out of this tool I bought this kit for myself (although not through Amazon.) I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of heavy duty work this tool will do all day long. One of the best things I bought for it was a set of hex drill bits. This allows me to drill pilot holes and then drive screws... without having to carry a bunch of tools or deal with cords. I do of course own a corded drill, but haven't had to use it in ages. Hex extensions are also very useful. I like the white light that aims right at your work. I've learned not to keep on looking down at the battery level lights---the battery just does not run down much at all after hours of working with the tool. With its adjustable clutch, its nearly impossible to over-torque a fastener. Read more
