Looks & feels thicker in person, compared to how it looks on the model of the AMazon product photos. The size Small fits my daughter's petite rectangular figure with a small bust & short torso that usually fits an XS or 0-2 in tops. Not that loose of a fit. But it's cut gives her a boxy look though. She also doesn't care for the double black lines by lower arm area (see pic). It does look quite professional for her to wear at her photography events. Recommended. Read more
I'm reviewing the Mina Self 2025 Fall Women's Tweed Blazer Jacket - Open Front, Slim, Petite, Double-Breasted, Stand Collar, Work, Trendy Coat. I ordered an XX Large, Black, and right out of the package, I noticed the material was heavy (substantial). This try-on and picture were done for fit, not styling, so please excuse the color mismatch with the dress! * The fit: XX Large, and it runs a bit small, probably due to the slim petite pattern. * Material: As advertised, a polyester tweed. There are some wrinkles, but that is to be expected from shipping. I expect a nice steaming will do, and there were no deep creases. * Weight: Heavy-weight, and I can see wearing it in the winter. It’s a thicker material, with a very substantial weight. * Pattern: Tweed, as pictured. * Color: As advertised, it looks just like the pictures with no deviation. * Sleeve Length: Average, not suitable for a tall person. * Body: Slim and petite, even with the XX Large. Overall, there is a lot of quality work that went into the Blazer. I'm giving five (5) stars since the product has the quality and is as advertised. Read more
COLOR: The color is NOT the dark pink/burgundy color represented in the picture. It is light pink with small amounts of gold thread and has gold buttons. The ribbon accents are the same light pink as the jacket, not the darker contrasting color shown in the picture. This projects a much different image - it seems like something an old lady would wear to church (no offense to senior women who attend church), not something a strong, businesswoman would wear. FIT: It fits well. I ordered a large and I'm 5'6", 165, 36B. FABRIC and QUALITY: It is lined and the fabric is fairly thick. It seems to be made well. It comes with an extra button. It's a nice jacket, but the color is not "me". I wish I had ordered black or brown. Read more
Overall this blazer is cute and stylish while thick enough to keep you warm. Fit great, I liked the length and the inside liner was very soft. Made from durable quality material and the beautiful black color makes it easy to pair with any color. I had to give four stars unfortunately because the buttons were completely different than advertised. Instead of the black buttons, my blazer had gold ones.
