I ordered this jacket to wear for an important event, and I was really looking forward to it. The fit is great and the style is exactly what I wanted. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The jacket clearly had been worn and returned. It arrived crumpled back into the bag and had a strong perfume smell, which was very noticeable and unpleasant. It did not look/smell like a new item. Because I needed it for an upcoming event, I’m keeping it but will have it dry cleaned , but I did not expect to receive a previously worn item when purchasing “new” from Amazon. I would suggest that returned clothing be inspected more carefully before being shipped to another customer. Receiving an item that smells like perfume/crumpled is not acceptable for something sold as new. The jacket itself is cute and fits well, I just wish it had arrived in proper condition. Read more
