I think initially I was sent a used one (returned maybe) thing's were not packages and what not and sure enough it did not work well so I believe it was a return. After a day of using it I decided to return it and it was easy, I gave the reason and I was given until Feb 8 to return it (I returned already) and they sent out one with two days or less. This one worked much better and it is compact and it fits in my area perfectly and I like it, I hope to buy one for my frontroom. I have a huge bookcase of movies and sometimes you can't see movies you want because they are not streaming so I keep dvds. So, an awesome buy! Read more

The media could not be loaded. So far works good, as you can see in the video playing the movie. The only disappointment is that the description of the device makes it seem as if the device has a great sound build in for music and CD playing but the volume is very low unless you plug it to the TV. My room is very small which does not allow me to have a dresser to place a regular DVD player so I could see my movies. My shoe cabinet is very narrow which did not allow me to have a regular DVD player on top until I found this perfectly small DVD player and I am soooooo happy! Easy to setup and use. Plays CD, DVDs displays photographs is able to read a DVD with multiple folders containing mp3s you can easily select which folder you want to use and the player does the rest, you will have to use a program like Ashampoo Burning Studio 2023 which is free on their website once installed selecting Audio+Music and then Create MP3or WMA option and burn your disk that way. screen display goes up to 1080p have not tried any other regions but region1 yet. I am glad that I took a chance on getting this. Update just bought my second one this one is for the car.
