I bought this for a camping trip, and thankfully we didn’t have to use much of it—but everything we might have needed was in there. The kit is very tightly packed. If you end up using several items, it would be a little cumbersome to get everything back into the case exactly the way it came. This is so compact and easy to travel with. It comes with a bit of everything. Originally got it for a big trip out of the country for just in case scenarios but will be ordering more just to keep in cars or other places we need for those pop up cases. Love this kit, has everything you need for most minor first aid needs. Keep one in each of our cars and this has gotten us through all of the "oops" moments that come up with kids, hiking, etc. Cheaper than building your own kit, all in one small tough package that makes the supports easy to find. These are great little kits for minor injuries. I bought several and gave to friends to keep in their cars after having wished I had something similar on more than one occasion. I keep mine in the console between the front seats. I would also recommend people keep bottles of water to wash any small cuts or injuries, but the kit has antiseptic wipes and everything else needed for minor injury care - think in terms of someone slipping and falling and receiving cuts to hands or knees.
