This 3.5 inch monitor works very well with the Raspberry Pi 5 and is a nice option when you want a compact, handheld display. The resistive touch is responsive once the driver is installed, and the image quality is clear with a stable 480 x 320 resolution. Videos and basic games run smoothly without flicker. The built-in cooling fan is a smart feature. It keeps the Pi from overheating during longer sessions. The metal case feels solid and fits in the hand comfortably. The rubber feet and cooling vents also help keep everything stable. I appreciated that it comes with a cover for when the screen is removed. Setup is simple as long as you install the required driver. Without it, the screen only shows white, so the instructions are important. Once configured, the whole setup works reliably. This is a great mini display for portable Pi projects, monitoring systems, or lightweight applications. Good build quality, good cooling, and very handy for the price. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I really want to make it work with the touch screen but there just have so many things to sacrifice: Pros: -Great quality and reasonable durable with the plastic case that comes with all the necessary parts, that include cooling fan -perfect cut for all the ports and plug -touch screen works but... Cons: -require install custom driver which leads to external micro HDMI screen no longer function, it has to be limited to the 320x480 pixel touch screen -big issue is the power consumption increase. I had a original pi power cord but after trying to use the touch screen it will flash white, which took me awhile to realize that I need to switch to higher power cord (I end up using a 45w cord) to power the device with no issue -their custom built image download page is terrible that require an account from a third party storage space, also their custom image wasn't any different from official raspberry pi image with pulling driver from their GitHub page -touchscreen does not work well without the stylus, it's not accurate if not using a thin stylus -the screen compatibility does not work well with browser, you basically can see the whole setting section which leads to be useless for any web application Overall, if you are full terminal use that need a small screen to show status then this will work for you, but other than that it's pretty limited and end up sacrifice some functions like external display due to the driver install Read more
