This product was exactly what I was looking for as far as size and purpose. However, it doesn't work well. I've had it less than two months I believe, and it's lost it's ability to hold a charge. It'll be at 0, before I even go to use it. It also takes forever to charge itself. And the button to show the battery percentage stopped working. I actually got a replacement thinking maybe the first one was defective... but looks like I'm 0 for 2. I like the idea so much, I would've tried for a third one, but my return window closed. Man, when I tell you I like this Byte Power cellphone charger it's true! I've bought several types, sizes & brands throughout many years probably 15+yrs. It small, convenient, sturdy & dependable! Oh, and the most part fast getting charged & powering my cell‼️ I hv a Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus! It will charge it from 40% to 100% in abt 1hr while being used!! Also, the attachments to power your cell are attached. You can carry it with the built-in lanyard or not. Love the design, allowing 2 ways or 2 items to charge. I usually get 1 full charge before having to charge it. It would probably be bigger & weigh more for multiple times. But this 5500 mAh serves it's purpose. If your cell battery isn't as big you'll get more time/s to use it. Haven't seen how long it will hold a charge before having to charge it yet. Thanks, Amazon! Read more
I like the size of this charger, and it works great. I've used it about 20 times, and it charges my samsung phone pretty quickly. Im disappointed that the built-in USB C cable states that it supports in and out put charging, but every time I plug the built in USB C cable into a power source, it does not recharge the unit. Overall, I'm satisfied with this item. I would give this item away as a cute stocking stuffer. Read more
