I needed a small bag for essentials on a recent twelve day cruise. This is the perfect size. Passport, billfold, cell phone fit perfectly with room for some odds and ends. The zippers are solid and operated perfectly. The four star review is for two reasons. One is subjective. Given the size of the bag, I would like a smaller, color matched strap. If you use this as a waist bag I think the included strap is fine. I used it as an over-shoulder cross body bag and would have rather it had a thinner strap available. That's just me. The other issue I had. One of the bag seams had a inch long loop of black thread hanging loose. I'm concerned it is the thread that holds that seam shut. I trimmed it and I just hope it holds. I was underwhelmed by this bag. I was about to do some traveling and wanted an upgrade from the over the chest sling bag I already had. My old one is basically the size of a typical fanny pouch. I thought this one would be bigger but it's really the same size as a fanny pouch. I put a passport, wallet, apple AirPod case, wired EarPods, and my iPhone and it was a tight squeeze. Was I expecting too much? I also hate that you can only sling it across your chest on your right. This is the biggest issue. We send a person to the moon but we can't create a bag that can by strapped to both your right or left? The strap also loosened very easily but tightening the strap was not a reciprocal feat. At least it was very affordable. I also liked that it had an additional pouch on the outside. There are better travel bags but at this price, I think this one works.
