It connected via hotspot once, and now it will not turn off or factory reset. I've held both the buttons down individually and together for 5, 10, 20, 30, 60 seconds, I've pressed them once to 100 times. The blue light blinks for 10 seconds, off for 4, blinks for 10 and there's nothing I can do about. It killed the battery, and as soon as I plugged it in again it began its blue flickering. Read more
