This mini vibration plate/muscle relaxation device is surprisingly powerful! It is compact but can hold up to 280 pounds. It is rechargeable with the included usb cord (no block, user must provide your own). It is portable and can be used almost anywhere (keep away from water, however). It has suction feet on the bottom to help keep it in place and a mat to be used for your back or on top of the machine if desired. This device has many uses from standing, sitting with feet on it, your back, calves, etc. It also includes an instruction manual. One thing I could never figure out is the heat setting (does it even have heat?). The product page doesn’t mention heat but the instruction manual says it is optional. Maybe mine doesn’t have heat but there is a heat symbol on the device and the remote. You must supply two AAA batteries for the remote. The machines does make a vibration noise and gets loud on the higher settings. It also has six magnets in the base for a massaging treat for feet but I didn’t really feel anything. Powerful, strong vibrations, multiple cycles! This is by far the best vibration massage device I've owned, the battery lasts a very long time as well! I've used this mainly on my lower back and upper shoulders, my partner has also used this as well and it helps her with her lower back and shoulders as well as feet! The vibrations are adjustable so you can go from a gentle hum to legitimately shaking your eyeballs! It REALLY gets in there and loosens up your knots. I found laying on my back and doing some stretches felt amazing with this device. I appreciate the design because the pads are NOT RIDGID- the split in the middle and the pads have some give to them so it's actually quite comfortable to set up on a couch it's not like having just a plate on your back and actually bends to the shape of your body. So the device itself is pretty quiet but if you are up against a wall it will definitely bother a neighbor, I recommend using this on your floor, bed or couch. 11/10 I wish I could give this more stars, working outside my body absolutely appreciates this device!
