The Pen That Sees Everything
This ohatan Mini Video Camera 32GB is an impressive tool for covert surveillance. I like the fact that it comes with everything you need to start recording videos including a 32GB micro-SD card. You can charge the pen with your computer or a low voltage power brick. The pen is small enough to be discreet and easily blends in with other pens in a shirt pocket or a holder. It is not as thin as an ordinary pen, but it is not bulky enough to draw attention. With extraordinarily little practice it is easy to figure out how to properly hold the pen out in the open to capture the video you need if your shirt does not have a pocket holder or if a pen container is not an option. Operating the pen is simple to use and just involves a click or two. The most impressive features are the video and photo resolution and quality. The photos and videos are crisp and clean and motion flows smoothly. I evaluated this pen indoors and outdoors. The audio quality stayed the same, but the pen performs best with outdoor natural light or in well-lit indoor areas with windows. If the area recorded is too dim, the video will be somewhat grainy. Sound quality is extraordinary. In my situation, I used the pen hidden in a holder to see who was borrowing the tea from my office without asking. This pen solved the case. There are multiple different circumstances where this pen will come in handy. It is easy to remove the microSD card and use the included card reader to transfer the videos to your computer. The microSD adapter plugs into the computer and file transfer was quick and easy. I also like the fact that the actual writing part of the pen works well and that there are five additional ink refills included.
