Minnetonka womens Sheepskin Ankle Boot

I bought these sheepskin ankle boots to wear as slippers to replace similar slippers that I bought from Cabela's several years ago. These slippers are not as heavy as the Cabela ones, but they are still comfortable. The soles are not as heavy as the ones from Cabela but they are still substantial and look like they will last well. The inside sheepskin of these slippers is very cozy. They felt a little tight when I put them on but they are widening as I wear them and are becoming pretty comfortable. They are nice and snuggly and warm for these cold Utah mornings. I like that I don't have to worry about getting holes in the bottoms since they have a nice sturdy rubber sole. So far, I am happy with these slippers and hope they will last for several years! so, these slippers aren't cheap, right? I'm often the kind of person that gets buyer's remorse, especially when I'm buying something for myself. But these slippers are so soft and warm! The shearling cushions my feet and I love how the ankles can roll up or down. I love how the soft fur feels and how they have a rubber sole so that I can wear them out to the mailbox. This is my second pair of these boots and just a note, order a size up. I usually wear a size 9 wide so I ordered a 10 wide. Glad I did. The toe was still a bit tight but they will stretch. Very nice bootie and the neck opening is wide enough to slide into. Read more

Very good product. Very well made. Good materials. Good looks. Sizing not good. That's why 3 stars, could have been 5. First ordered size 8 1/2 Wide, the normal size for my wife on anything else. It wouldn't begin to go on her foot/too small. Returned them for credit. Reordered 10 1/2 Wide. (a guess based on previous) Just about right but still slightly tight. Heel must be 2 hand pulled on using the cuff. 11 Wide would have been better for a comfy house slipper. No markings anyplace on the slipper on size. The manufacturer needs to adjust sizes of materials according to 'true American sizes'. And provide a size marking on the product, either stamped in the sole or a sturdy visible marking inside. We'll keep the "as sold" 10 1/2's but will never order again without worrying about size. Read more
