It was very easy to use and with the way the product is made, you don't even get your hands wet because you just pump the top of the bottle to dispense product. It is recommended that you then massage the product in for 1-2 minutes, which was very easy to do with the style of the bottle in that the pump also acts as a massage brush. It looks like plastic, but the brush is actually very soft and gentle. I used it on my husband, and he said that massaging it into his head felt really good and was relaxing.
