I am in love with this green velvet bolero. It is so flattering. Both halves of the hook and eye clasp seem well-adhered and like they are not likely to come off any time soon. This is just such a flattering cut and I am looking forward to getting to wear this once the weather starts to cool down. I didn't get to wear it for long today as it was 79°F (26°C) here, but I could already tell that it is definitely warm. The quality is nice and the stitching feels strong. Highly recommend! Read more

This dressy bolero shrug is gorgeous! I chose the green color, and it's a gorgeous deep emerald/teal. Runs true to size. The pointy collar shape where the hook closure is located is such that the shrug looks funny if worn unhooked. I included photos of it hooked and unhooked. I think if the collar shape were more rounded, it wouldn't look so odd unhooked. Nevertheless, I love it and will just always wear it with the hook engaged. Read more
