Every easy to adjust, as they provided all tools needed remove or re-add the links. I have a pretty small and dainty wrist and it still fits perfectly and I’m still able to remove links if needed. I get many compliments on the appearance and quality as I’ve had it for a while and it still looks brand spanking new. I work in a professional business establishment but I also workout every day, and this watch band is comfortable enough for me to wear at the gym and at work, without it hindering me in any way. This band is very attractive and comfortable - once sizing process is complete. Tools are provided, however i found the pictorial instructions confusing on how to remove the pins and excess links then reconnect remaining links. It took me two tries b/c i got one of the pins jammed & had to return & request replacement. Now that i have figured out & completed sizing the band I really love it and it's really pretty. Read more
