The boots fit as expected. The shipping on the product was slower than I expected. The shoes had a bit of a funny smell when they first came out of the packaging (which were individual shoe bags wrapped in very thick bubble wrap v. a single box), but the smell went away after being out of the packaging for an hour. I wore them outside, and for a quick run to the grocery store; they were comfortable. If you're on the larger end of your size (for example, you're a size 7.5 but tend to need an 8 in some shoes), get the larger size. I'm a size 8, and the size 8 fit well. I would not be able to wear thick boot socks with these though. I'd be afraid of my toes feeling scrunched in the shoe as a result of the thickness of the socks. The ankle straps are not adjustable, so all ankle support or tightness comes from the lacing of the shoes. The straps will seem like they're glued down to the tongue of the boot, but they're not. If you look at the image of the boots, the reference (they show) is laced completely up. (The boots come laced to the bottom of the straps). Read more

These boots are cute, but they are so cheaply made. The material is so thin and the sole looks like it will come apart on the first wear. Not at all worth the amount of money I paid. Didn't come in a shoe box, but instead wrapped in a bag. The company should be ashamed of themselves for charging that amount of money for cheap material and poor packaging. Read more
